Human resources deals with employment practices in an organization, there are several issues that the human resources have to consider such as recruitment, selection and promotions, Pay and promotion, appraisal and training, health and safety, harassment, victimization, Age equality policy and retirement. The employer must consider the qualifications of the applicant and that there is no discrimination based on age or ethnicity. The employee needs to know the pension plan and payment offered is consistent with other employees.

The British Middle Class

The gab difference in wealth between middle class and working class is a huge £100000, an increase of 44% since 1966. Over fifty percent consider themselves as working class, but this will change in 2020 when middle class percentage will take over. The study found that the emergence of new classification of classes is interesting. The Muddle class, Rich Ordinary Briton, High Earning Workers and Suburban Asset Lightweight. What is really interesting about this study that three out of ten bank managers consider themselves as working class and 36% of builders classified themselves as middle class.

I think the education world is better for me to distingwish myself from others who did not choose to finish their study.Uk is one of the best countries to provide education specially in modern science and technology.I expect the university education will provide me by a better job and will make better life. I did not want to have a low paying job and strugle in my life. Sure I am different because I have a better life and better career. in 10 years I will enhance my career to be at a managerial level and live a comfortable life. when I do not have an education I will not have a good life style and I will be not living a good life. in my country there are levels of employment and people with good education will have better jobs and better life.

health issues

health care is unequal in the whole world not only in UK and it is obvious that we find different level of health care in each region in UK so I think the government concentrates on regions more than others.the social class has a major impact on the health because people with money can by better services than lower income class people. usually ethnic people are of low income and poor and can not pay too much on health care. qualified doctors and nurses like to work in upper class area because it is better and the facilities are better than the low income facilities. that is why the health care is not equal to all people on the same level.

I have checked on line news papers, each news paper has different subject and you can see clearly that BBC and The Telegraph starts with domestic subjects and the Times are talking about new artificial heart which is medical news.
news papers have different subjects because they think their readers will be interested in this news, in the world news telegraph and Times concentrate on Europe and french president.
it is hard to know from the language the views of the paper
