The family in UK is different than the traditional family in my country because it is typical difference in the Western culture and the Eastern culture which affects the marriage.
now a days more and more traditional families are having both parents work so the traditional role of men and women are changing because both work now.
this means that the house hold job is being divided between the two.
some times it is hard to understand the Eastern culture because only recently jobs are available for both men and women.

So your country is similar to the UK, is it? Men and women, in the family, tend to share the household responsibilities. If both work, who is in charge of the money? Or does each person manage his and her money?
yes they are sharing the responsibility of the house but if the woman is work, the man still have all budget responsibility, the woman decide to share in the house budget.
